Return & Refund Policy

​Thank you for shopping at Cannabis Crochet. We take great pride in our handcrafted items and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

​1. Returns

​You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• ​Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• ​In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  

​2. Non-Returnable Items

​Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:

• ​Custom or Personalized Orders: Items made specifically to your color or design specifications cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Digital Downloads: All sales of crochet patterns (PDFs) are final.
• Intimate Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as certain wearable accessories may be exempt from returns.
  

​3. Refunds

​Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

​If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

​4. Shipping

​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

​5. Damaged or Defective Items

​If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items that do not meet our quality standards.
